Role: Chief Engineer - Control Systems
Location: Warwick, CV34 6TE - Hybrid working, 3 days in office, 2 days from home (one of which is a Friday)
Hours: 37 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday and 08:00 - 13:00 Friday

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Oversee system design, compliance, and validation
- Drive agile development and customer-focused innovation
- Contribute to strategic product planning and portfolio development
What You Bring:
- A strong background in automotive or specialist vehicle systems
- Deep understanding of ISO 26262, ISO 21434, and model-based design
- A collaborative leadership style with a focus on team development
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering
